SkyCity’s Christmas Sparkle to Kids in Need

SkyCity Adelaide is getting into the festive spirit by bringing a touch of “magic” to children in need.
The business has thrown their support behind The Advertiser Foundation Christmas Kids Appeal, donating presents to vulnerable children and a generous cash donation to fund programs at KickStart For Kids. Managing Director Avril Baynes said it was about ensuring “every child experiences the magic of the season.” “The holiday season is a time for joy and generosity, but some families face challenges that can make this time of year especially difficult,” she said. “This Christmas, SkyCity’s providing funding to KickStart for Kids’ breakfast and lunch program so that disadvantaged children can focus on their education without the burden of hunger. “Meanwhile, our employees are generously donating gifts to those in need.”
Committed to supporting the community, SkyCity Adelaide has partnered with The Advertiser Foundation for this year’s appeal. Head of The Advertiser Foundation Dan Demaria
commended the generosity of SkyCity “who have not only donated cash but their staff have taken the time to buy and wrap presents for the kids.”
